Secure your property

Once you have decided on a property that you’d like to rent, we will then put forward the proposal with your references to the landlord. When the rent terms and conditions have been agreed, you will be asked to pay a deposit to hold the property. This is usually 5% from the annual rent and held for the duration of the tenancy. Register Your Ejari

After signing the tenancy agreement and paying rent to the landlord, the keys are handed over to the tenant. The tenant is then required to register the tenancy contract with Ejari and then connect DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) at one of their local offices. You should also contact the building management and update them about your moving-in form they might ask for some information before allowing you to move in.
