It is worth noting that you should expect most real estate transactions to take around 30 to 45Â days from agreement to sale transfer.

Search for investment or end use will impact what type of property should be considered, decide between off plan and secondary market. Have the mortgage advisor if required to get the banks preapproval which tells you how much you can spend on secondary market. For off-plan property look at the developer’s reputation, particularly with respect to quality, timely delivery of the units and past projects.
Financing
In Dubai when you approach a mortgage provider they will qualify you on a pre-approval basis. This gives you an idea of your budget and buying capacity and also gives confidence to the seller that you are prepared. Our brokers can introduce you to approved lenders and mortgage brokers.
Property Search
Once you have set budget next is to find RERA qualified broker which you will sign agreement with to represent you in upcoming negotiation. Make An Offer

At this stage you will be asked to provide a current dated cheque in the name of the seller as a 10% booking deposit.
Register
Registration of your ownership with Dubai Land Department shall issue a title deed of real property rights. At the transfer office you will need the cheque of 4% DLD transfer fee and cash for the DLD admins. Once transfer is complete you will receive your new Title Deed and all keys/access cards to your new home. Your agent will be with you every step of the way till you take the keys to your new home.
